mParivahan-Parivahan sewa | Driving Licence & RC

For Android Users:

• Open Google Play Store on your device.
• Type mParivahan in the search bar.
• Download and install the app.

For iOS Users:

• Open Apple App Store in your phone.
• In search bar search mParivahan.
• Click Get to download and install the app.

Creating an account on the mParivahan app is easy and takes just a few minutes. After signing up, you can quickly access your digital Driving Licence, RC details, and various transport-related services.

• Download and Install the app in your Phone.
• Click on Sign Up / Register option.

• Enter your active mobile number and click on Get OTP.
• Enter the OTP received on your phone.
• Click on verify.
• Enter basic details like:
  • Name
  • Email (if required)
  • Create PIN / Password
• Username and Password: Select a unique username and create a strong password.
• Security MPIN: Set a 4-digit mobile PIN to log in.

• Submit the details.
• Your account will be created successfully.

A Virtual Driving License (DL) is an digital copy of your physical driving licence that you can store and use on your smartphone. It can be easily accessed through the mParivahan app.

• Open the app and Log in to your NextGen mParivahan account.
• Click on My Virtual DL to see your digital driving licence.

• Add your Driving Licence detail Driving Licence Number, Date of birth (or required details).
• View information like:
  • License holder’s name
  • License type (e.g., LMV, MCWG, HMV)
  • Issue and expiry dates
  • Issuing RTO
  • Status (active/suspended)

• Click on Submit button.
• Your Virtual Driving Licence is added to the app.

Additional Features:

Through mParivahan app connected with government transport database to get Virtual RC (Registration Certificate) follow these steps

• Download and install the mParivahan app login with mobile number, verify OTP or MPIN.
• Click on RC and My Virtual RC.
• Add vehicle Registration number 4-5 digits of Chassis Number, Engine Number.

• Click Add My Vehicle to view information like:
  • Vehicle owner’s name
  • Vehicle registration number
  • Vehicle model and manufacturer
  • Fuel type (Petrol, Diesel, CNG, EV, etc.)
  • Registration date
  • Registration validity date
  • Vehicle class (Car, Bike, Transport, etc.), Engine number (partially masked sometimes, Chassis number (partially masked), RTO / Registering authority detail Insurance details (if available), Pollution (PUC) status (if available, RC status (Active / Expired, if shown)
  • Click on download Virtual RC for offline access.

Through official government Portal, you can check challan (fine) online.

• Open the app and Login to your account.
• Click on Transport Services.
• Choose Traffic Challan or Check Challan Status.

• Enter details like:
  • Vehicle Number OR
  • Driving Licence Number OR
  • Challan Number

• Click on Search / Get Details.
• View your challan details such as:
  • Violation type
  • Date and time
  • Location
  • Fine amount
  • Payment status
• Click on Pay Now the challan with UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.

Service	Description
Challan Services	Through the app you can check and pay your pending traffic challans. You can check real-time challan status updates, challan payment, verify payment status, download challan, view payment receipts, and details such as challan number, date, and reason for penalty.
Vehicle Services	Allows users to access vehicle registration details (RC), ownership information, insurance validity, and fitness status. Services include Issue of Duplicate RC, Change of Address in RC, Hypothecation Addition (HPA), Hypothecation Termination (HPT), Hypothecation Continuation (HPC), Issue of NOC, RC Particulars against Fee, Dispose Application, Application Status, Update Mobile Number, View Fee Receipt, Verify Payment Status, Download Forms, and Download Slip.
Driving Licence Download Services	Enables users to check driving licence status, verify authenticity, and download a digital DL. Services include Issue of Duplicate DL, Renewal of DL, Replacement of DL, Change of Address in DL, Application Status, DL Extract, International Driving Permit, and Update Mobile Number.
